中文摘要 | 二行程引擎進、排氣道的幾何形狀影響到整個引擎的性能,因此本研究針對二行程引擎氣道內部的幾何形狀及其流場與壓力場做模擬與分析。使用電腦輔助設計(CAD)軟體設計出二行程引擎氣缸,再運用電腦繪圖軟體來建構氣缸內部網格型態,配合計算流體力學(CFD)分析軟體計算出氣缸內部流場的變化,再運用流量測試檯來比較理論值與實驗值得差異,以確認本研究分析之合適性與準確性。比較結果顯示,模擬值皆大於實驗值,模擬值與實驗值的最大誤差值,在壓差為1245.33Pa時,其誤差值約為8.2%。模擬結果亦顯示,增大主驅氣口面積會使得油氣短路(Short-Circuiting)的情形增加;而增大第三驅氣口面積會導致燃燒室提升渦流的效應,使油氣與新鮮空氣更能均勻混合。分析的結果可提供給引擎設計者作為改良引擎進氣效率及性能時的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The geometric shapes of intake and exhausted manifolds affect the performance of two-stroke engine heavily. In this study, we perform a theoretical study to simulate the flow field in a two-stroke engine. The effects of main intake port, aid intake port, boost port, and exhausted port are considered by varying the cross section areas of each port. The whole system is built by CAD software and the un-structured grid system is constructed in it. The commercial CFD package, Fluent, is used to analyze the characteristics of flow field including the velocity and pressure distributions. The numerical predictions are compared with experimental measurements performed by the apparatus 'Flow Bench'. The results are beneficial to the improvements of two-stroke engine design in intake and exhausted systems. |
