中文摘要 | 臺灣地區使用工作時數在1,500 小時以上之曳引機,約佔總數61% ,約9,000臺。依本研究調查統計此類曳引機之故障項目以液壓系統最高,已達70 %,每臺每年平均維修費用時價達26,175 元,佔年折舊比例的47% ,其最可能原因是農友為增加工作量,附掛超出原廠所訂規格的作業機具,過載使用所導致。因此降低成本應由此改善。本研究之目的,即在設計曳引機三點鏈接用之一套輔助液壓缸組,以輔助頂桿,增加承載能力。經研製加裝於MF394-4C型與FIAT 88-93DT型曳引機進行田間試驗,結果顯示,當液壓系統維持在原廠壓力時,承載能力可以增加67 % ,即加裝輔助液壓缸組後可有效降低系統壓力,且作業機具舉升速度與行進作業不受影響。經12 個月田間實作調查,故障率降低67% ,每臺曳引機年維修費用相對減少71%,效果顯著。 |
英文摘要 | Among those tractors used in the field in Taiwan, there are about 9,000 of them performing over 1,500 hours. It amounts to 61% of the total used in this area. The statistics has shown that among those maintenance problems, the hydraulic system deficiency is the critical one, which is way up to 70 %. Annually, the average repairing cost for it is 26,175 NT dollars per one. It takes as high as 47 % of the yearly cost. The possible reason for that problem is that farmers for increasing its efficiency overload extra supplemental parts to it. That really jeopardizes the function and maintenance of the hydraulic system. For decreasing the maintenance fee, it should be a critical issue. The hypothesis of this research is to attach a 42 mm diameter assisting hydraulic cylinder to a tractor to meet the farmers' need. It indeed increased 67 % of the capacity of the hydraulic system. 12 months after, the experiment proved that the speed of lifting farm implement with supplemental parts is about the same, but the pressure loaded to the inside of the system can be reduced and functioned much better and longer. The result also indicated that the repairing need dropped 67 % as well. It means the cost for repairing can be 71 % less. Accordingly, the farmers can be significantly benefited more if their tractors are modified as this study proposes. |
