中文摘要 | 本研究主要合成一系列4-取代噻唑雜環系酸性染料,將乙醯苯、4-甲氧苯乙醯和4-甲氧苯乙醯分別與硫代尿素及碘以水浴加熱反應方式合成4-取代苯基-2-胺基-噻唑等三支中間體,進一步與偶合塩 1-胺基-8-蓁酚-3.6-磺酸,6-胺基-1-蓁酚-3-磺酸,1-蓁酚-3.6-二磺酸,4-胺基-1-蓁磺酸,在冰浴下行偶合反應得一系列 4-取代噻唑系偶氮染料。所合成之染料皆經光譜測定UV與FTIR分析其構造,接著對聚酯/羊毛(T/W)混紡與耐隆織物進行染色與進行一系列的上色性、均染性、耐摩擦與耐水洗堅牢度測試。由實驗結果可知聚酯/羊毛(T/W)混紡與耐隆織物的耐水洗堅牢度變褪色評級大致達3-4級、污染評級大致遠4級。乾摩擦堅牢度評級,變褪色評級大致達3-4級,污染評級大致達4級;濕摩擦堅牢度評級,變褪色評級大致達3-4級,污染評級大致達3-4級。 |
英文摘要 | A series of heteroaryl acid dyes have been derived from 4-substituent- 2-aminothiazoles that were used as starting materials for the synthesis of bis-hetaryl monoazo dyes, were obtained from the cyclization of a mixture of 4-phenylsubstituted-acetophenone, thiourea and iodide. The 2-aminothiazoles as diazo components were diazotized with hydroxyl or amino naphthalene derivatives as coupling components to give 4-substituented-thiazole acid dyes. Then, these heteroaryl acid dyes were dyed with T/W blend and nylon fabrics. Characterizations of these dyes were carried out by spectral and their dyeing properties measured were also investigated. The T/W blend and nylon dyed fabrics all have washing fastness level of 3-4 grade, while the wet or dry rubbing fastness is also approximately 3-4 grade. |
