中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國內高等餐旅教育學生之學習滿意度、形成因素、以及各項 因素的預測效果。研究發現學習滿意度的形成構面分別為「課程」、「設備與環 境」、「教學與成果」、「實習規劃」、「實習單位」、「職涯輔導」等六個因素。而這 些因素的預測效果僅有「課程」、「教學與成果」和「職涯輔導」等三項達到顯著 水準。此外,研究結果亦發現學生的背景特性(實習機構和餐旅相關工讀經驗) 對於學習滿意度的認知呈現了顯著的差異。最後,本研究針對主要的研究發現進 行討論,並提出強化學生的學習經驗和重視學習滿意度衡量的重要性。 |
英文摘要 | This study was attempted to investigate undergraduate hospitality students’ learning satisfaction, composed factors, and their effects on predicting students’ learning satisfaction in Taiwan. The empirical results showed that six factors in students’ learning satisfaction were extracted, including curricula, facilities and equipment, teaching and learning outcomes, student placement design, student placement unit, and career guidance. However, only three factors demonstrated statistical significance on the effect of learning satisfaction. The findings also exhibited partially significant differences between students’ demographic variables (student placement unit and hospitality work experience) and their learning satisfaction. Finally, implications and suggestions for the hospitality education were also discussed to promote the value of students’ learning experience and satisfaction. |
