中文摘要 | 本研究應用真空電弧熔煉爐配製Ti□Ni□、Ti□Ni□與Ti□Ni□Cu□三種形狀記 憶合金,經輥壓後施以固溶處理,隨後進行坑穴沖蝕試驗,並選擇SUS304不�袗�與鎳基自熔 合金做為比較材,以探討沖蝕相關特性。實驗結果顯示,經過5小時試驗後,三種TiNi合金 抗坑穴沖蝕性差異不大且相當良好,可達到SUS304不�袗�抗沖蝕性之45倍,並為鎳基自熔 合金之15倍。三種TiNi合金於坑穴沖蝕後,皆產生加工硬化之現象。坑穴沖蝕後之TiNi 合金表面形態,呈現部分未被完全破壞之平坦區伴隨局部損傷,比較材則呈現局部深孔之全面 嚴重破壞形態。 |
英文摘要 | The erosion characteristics of Ti□Ni□, Ti□Ni□ and Ti□Ni□Cu□ shape memory alloys have been systematically studied by using cavitation erosion test. The SUS304 stainless steel and nickel based self-fluxing alloy (Ni-Based-SFA) are selected to compare their erosion characteristics with TiNi alloys. Experimental results show that TiNi alloys exhibit an excellent cavitation erosion resistance, which is 45 times and 15 times better than that of SUS304 stainless steel and Ni-Based-SFA, respectively. Three TiNi alloys exhibit work hardening after cavitation erosion test, and the surfaces of SUS304 stainless steel and Ni-Based-SFA are more seriously damaged than those of TiNi alloys. |
