中文摘要 | 民國76~79年間臺電公司於9處變電所裝置負載特性V/I監錄器,同時於民國81~82年間利用監錄量測法及元件聚集法進行負載模型參數之確認專題研究。近十多年來由於新興科技之產業相繼推出,同時新興科技之負載大部分屬非線性負載如電力電子元件、直流馬達控制器等,以及特殊製造業之負載控制器(如煉鋼廠之直流馬達及特殊製程等)。就今昔之各種條件、特性以及組成比例皆已有所不同。基於上述理由,本計畫利用臺電公司最近幾年所收錄之V/I監測資料,穩態區域負載尖峰/離峰、各季節、非工作日等之資料尋求負載特性之研究。首先以元件聚集法及近3年之負載特性及組成百分比將臺電之各個變電所之不同負載模型參數(指數型、IEEE模型、動態模型、靜態模型、複合模型等)求出。同時以V/I監錄器之監測資料作為尋找各變電所較合理之負載參數確認依據。應用各變電所之日負載模型參數研究其對電力系統動態穩定度之影響。此外,本研究將針對負載模型對臺電系統發生事故之動態特性的分析,模擬事故時各種動態特性受負載模型影響而產生的變動差異,以期發生類似重大事故時可採取有效的因應對策,減低時間延續所造成的連續性擴張效應。 |
英文摘要 | Taipower had installed 9 sets of V/I load dynamic characteristics behavior monitors from 1987 to 1990. In the meantime there was a project for study of load parameters identification using measurement-based approach and component-based approach. However, recently new technique devices have been developed, and the new technique devices belong to nonlinear loads such as electric power elements, DC motors controller etc. and special manufacturing load controlling (as steel arc furnace with ac motor controller). In comparisons of past and present, there are several differences between characteristics and compositions. Based on the above mentioned, this project uses Taipower's recent records of V/I monitoring data to obtain new substations load model parameters using area steady state peak/off-peak, seasons and work day/off day information. Firstly, this project component-based approach and each component load characteristic and substation load percentages of residential, commerical and industrial areas to obtain each substation's new load model parameters (exponential model, IEEE model, dynamic model, static model and composed model). Meanwhile this project uses the V/I monitoring data to identify what kind of load model will fit substation load model. The load models will be applied to the study of the effect of power system's dynamic stability. Besides, this project adopts the significant accidents of Taipower system to study the effect of load models for dynamic performance variations. It is hoped that this study will clearly point out effective coping strategies to reduce the damage of timing continuous effect. |
