中文摘要 | 本個案研究致力於以分層隨機抽樣法對某具有代表性電子公司的八個部門之技術、研發及管理人員進行調查研究,藉由平衡計分卡所建構的四大構面為主要指標以及在以此四構面中的每一構面各萃取出三個次指標,應用灰關聯分析來評選該公司對該組織內部員工實施工作輪調後,反應在平衡計分卡各個構面及其指標層面上工作滿意度的高低順序。研究結果顯示員工在工作屬性、年齡及學歷程度上對平衡計分卡四個主要構面、次構面是有呈現出各種不同順序的工作滿意度,詳細結果列示於文中表格,而此結果將可以提供該公司經營決策當局制定工作輪調制度之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This Case-Study tries to take an emblematic electronic company as an example, and it has aimed at the eight departments of the company through Questionnaire Survey with the Stratified Random Sampling Method by using the Four-Prospective of Balanced Scorecard as the main indices, and afterwards through three sub-indices were distributed from each of the above-mentioned Four-Prospective. In addition, we attempt to use Gray Relational Analysis to choose the sequences of Degree of Job Satisfaction of the technicians, researchers and managements after the internal Job Rotation inside the comany. We finally found that, after the Job Rotation, different sequences of Degrees of Job Satisfaction on both the Four- Prospective and the Sub-Prospective of the Balanced Scorecard were indeed manifested by their employees as the job attributes, age and education degree factors were taken into account. The details of the results will be shown in the tables of context and it will be able to provide policy makers more effective references in their management decisions on Job Rotation. |
