中文摘要 | 數位化的遠距教學,是進入2006年,WTO教育服務業自由化的重要市場目標,臺灣的教育服務也不可避免,本文分析進入網路輔助教學課程的國際法規,探討在WTO架構下,期從1995-2004牛中,網路輔助教育服務業有關的發展,以作為網路輔助教學課程國際法規基礎的研究架構。接著,分析關於網路輔助教學課程教育服務業開放之國內法規:專科以上學校遠距教學作業規範的分析,以利於瞭解國內大學如格進行網路輔助教學課程。再從策略的觀點分析及發展兩種網路輔助教學課程的經營策略。 |
英文摘要 | Distance learning of digitization the important market goal of WTO educational liberalization of service industry in 2006, the teaching service industry of Taiwan is unavoidable, this research analyses that enters the international regulation of auxiliary teaching course of the network, from WTO issues within 1995-2004 years, the auxiliary educational relevant development of service industry of network, in order to be regarded as the auxiliary international research structure on foundation of regulation of teaching course of network. Then, analyse about the auxiliary educational develops domestic regulation of service industry of teaching course of the network: The analysis of the procedural rules governing distance learning at the junior college and higher levels, is beneficial to understanding how the domestic university carries on auxiliary teaching course of the network. And then analysed form the view of the strategy and develop two kinds of courses to assist how to each and learning. |
