中文摘要 | 2004年1至6月研究台中地區主要溪流中淡水魚類三種共431條,以改良人工胃液消化法處理魚體及鰓後收集異形吸蟲科寄生蟲之囊狀幼蟲,藉解剖顯微鏡觀察魚體之囊狀幼蟲感染率及存活率,知改良消化法在縮短消化時間後提高囊狀幼蟲分離存活率是簡單且有效率的方式。結果如下:大甲溪、烏溪及大里溪的粗首鱲魚體及鰓中囊狀幼蟲感染率分別為5.8%及59.6%、23.5%及23.5%、23.9%及89.2%。大甲溪台灣石魚賓魚體及鰓中囊狀幼蟲感染率為6.5%及26%。烏溪羅漢魚魚體及鰓中囊狀幼蟲感染率為0%及26.3%。消化後大甲溪、烏溪及大里溪的粗首鱲魚體及鰓中囊狀幼蟲存活率為86%及14%、91%及14%、95%及17%。大甲溪台灣石魚賓魚體及鰓中囊狀幼蟲存活率為81%及15%。烏溪羅漢魚鰓中囊狀幼蟲存活率為24%。經卡方檢定,大里溪與大甲溪的粗首鱲鰓及魚體感染差異P <0.001,關聯程度大里溪為大甲溪的5.1倍及5.6倍。大甲溪與烏溪的粗首鱲鰓及魚體感染差異P <0.05,關聯程度烏溪為大甲溪的0.2倍及4.8倍。大里溪與烏溪的粗首鱲魚鰓感染差異P<0.001,關聯程度大里溪為烏溪的1倍及26倍。鰓中囊狀幼蟲在37℃消化1小時後全部不具運動力且囊中構造模糊。消化15分鐘的囊狀幼蟲活動力較佳。消化後囊狀幼蟲運動力以卡方檢定P<0.01,表消化時間與囊狀幼蟲之運動力有顯著的關係。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted from January to June in 2004, through examining 431 samples (three kinds of freshwater fish) collected from rivers in Taichung, Taiwan. Modified Gastric Juice Digestion Method was used to treat fish bodies and gills for metacercarial isolation. It was a simple and efficient method in raising the viability of metacercarial isolation after shortening the digesting time, which was attained through dissecting microscope. The results showed the metacercariae infection rate in bodies and gills of Zacco pachycephalus from Dajia River in Taichung County, Wu river in Nantou County, and Dali River in Taichung City were as followed: 5.8% and 59.6%, 23.5% and 23.5%, 23.9% and 89.2%. The metacercariae infection rates of bodies and gills of Acrossocheilus paradoxus from Dajia River were 6.5% and 26%; Pseudorasbora parva’s from Wu River was 26.3%. After digestion, the results showed the metacercariae motility rate in bodies and gills of Z. pachycephalus caught separately from Dajia, Wu, and Dali River were as followed: 86% and 14%, 91% and 14%, 95% and 17%. The metacercariae infection rates in bodies and gills of A. paradoxus caught from Dajia River were 81% and 15%. The metacercariae infection rate of fish gills of P. parva caught from Wu River was 24%. Through the examination of chi-square, this study showed that the same species of fish obtained from different rivers had different degrees of infection. For example, metacercariae Z. pahycephalus of the samples from both Dali and Dajia Rivers had the same p-value <0.001. The infection rates of body and gill of metacercariae from Dali River were 5.1 and 5.6 times as many as those from Dajia River. The infection p-value of the gill and body of metacercariae from Dajia and Wu Rivers was smaller than 0.05. The relation rate of the body and gill of metacercariae from Dajia River was 0.2 and it was 4.8 times as many as those from Wu River. Compared with Dali River with Wu River, the infection difference was p-value <0.001 and the relation rate of the body and gill of metacercariae from Dali River was once and it was 26 times as many as those from Wu River. Under the temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, the metacercariae in gills did not possess any mobility and the inner structure became vague after digesting for one hour, and those who did digesting for 15 minutes had better mobility. This study also shows that reducing digestion time can increase metacercarial motility. The p-value is <0.001 through chi-square test if the digesting time of metacercariae is shortened. The conclusion is the digesting time of fish gill metacercariae has close relationship with the energy of metacercariae. |
