中文摘要 | 分餾是利用混合物中各物質之冷凝點(沸點)不同,將各物質從混合物分離出來。氧氣場即是利用此一原理,將空氣中之氧、氮、氬離出來,而分餾塔顧名思義即為進行分餾之所在地;然氧、氮、氬之冷凝點極,是故需要以冷箱將分餾塔及分餾系統低溫部份整個保溫起來,以提高分餾之效率。冷箱內部之保溫絕大部份是真珠粉,故欲進行冷箱內部之檢修工作,即需將冷箱內之真珠粉卸放出來,始可進行檢修工作,檢修工作完成後再將真珠粉充填回去。本文為介紹近來氧氣場對真珠粉卸放及回填工作方法之改善。 |
英文摘要 | Utilizing the principle of fractional distillation, an oxygen plant separates oxygen, nitrogen and argon form the air. The boiling points of those gases are extremely low, so that cold box, the main part of fractional distillation tower, needs highly adiabatic ability to keep it in an extremely low-temperature condition steadily. The adiabatic material used within the cold box is the perlite power. While carrying out overhauling inside the cold box, it needs to unload the natural pearls powder out of the cold box, and then backfill the perlite powder after finishing overhauling job. This article introduces the improvement of unloading and backfill processes of the perlite powder in an oxygen plant. |
