中文摘要 | 中鋼公司動力工場截有三座美國ABB-CE VU-40切線式燃煤鍋爐,雖然其煙囪排放完全符合環何法規要求,但是為了發電機組增設後,仍能符合公司氮氧化物排放總量管制之抵減要求及降低污染稅的課徵,特別進行氮氧化物排放減量改善工作。經考量「所需抵減量」、「既有空間不足安裝選擇性觸媒還原法」及「低氮氧化物燃燒器」在煤/氣混燒(Co-Firing)鍋爐適用性尚有疑慮下,乃決定採用「選擇性非觸媒還原法(SNCR: Selective Non-Catalytic Reducation)」 進行排煙脫硝。本文旨在介紹SNCR技術及相關系統,包括ABB-CE VU-40燃煤鍋爐、SNCR-尿素系統、尿素注入點的決定及氦氧化物減量成效等。 |
英文摘要 | At China Steel Corporation, there are three sets of ABB-CE (USA) VU-40 tangentially coal-fired boilers, being capable of co-firing pulverized coal, low sulfur fuel oil and self-produced gas (such as COG, BFG, LDG etc). The NOx emission concentration of these three boilers may meet the existing environmental regulations. However, to further reduce NOx emission for the company, the NOx abatement technology was reviewed and studied, and SNCER-Urea system was finally introduced and applied to these three coal-fired boilers. This report describes the co-firing boilers, the SNCR-Urea system, and the performance of this SNCR-Urea process. |
