中文摘要 | 本文使用漢彌頓原理,推導一擺動滾子從動件凸輪的運動方程式。在彈簧與重力的作用下,滾子保持與凸輪接觸並滾動。此接觸拘束條件,限制了其剛體運動與撓性振動。個別使用四種模擬從動桿,計有提末辛科、尤拉、簡易撓性以及剛體等樑理論。前三種所建模型,其凸輪及從動桿之剛體運動與從動桿之撓性振動會發生非線性耦合,且方程式中亦含有科氏效應與離心力項。而滾子慣性、凸輪與滾子的接觸拘束、凸輪轉速、彈簧力等,會影響凸輪系統的動態行為。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the equations of motion for a disk cam with an oscillating roller follower are derived by applying Hamilton’s principle. Due to the spring force and gravity force, the roller maintains contact with the cam and rolls on the cam surface. The contact constraints restrict not only the rigid-body motions but also the flexible vibrations. Four dynamic models: Timoshenko, Euler, simple-flexible, and rigid-body beam theories, are used to describe the flexible rod. It is indicated that the rigid-body motions of the cam and the rod and the flexible vibrations of the rod are non-linear coupled for the first three models. Coriolis effects and the centrifugal forces exist in the equations. The roller inertia, the contact constraints of the cam and the roller, the rotation speed of the cam, and the spring force have influences on the dynamic behaviors of the cam system. |
