中文摘要 | 旋轉與平移二自由度之螺旋運動組裝定位機構廣泛應用於電子元件製造廠之組裝系統上,採用二組自動化關鍵性零組件-滾子輪式凸輪對作機構元件,達到高精度與高速化之特性。利用創成加工之剛體轉置法建構立體凸輪外廓與向量分析法進行機械特性分析,以AutoCAD R14進行加工模擬與實體建構,再結合3D Studio進行實體彩繪與動畫繪製,並以VBA模組表進行應用軟體之包裝與機械特性分析繪圖,建立一交談式視窗之電腦輔助設計製造系統應用軟體與曲面加工之模擬技術,為本系二專部87年度專題製作題目。 |
英文摘要 | The cam mechanism with the screw motion widely used in assembly system industries. The research provided to solve practical engineering cam design and manufacturing problems with the screw motion. Based on the rigid-body transformation, the surfaces of the roller gear cam can be easily generated. By using the analysis cam surface formulation, the mechanical properties can be investigated. Integrating with AutoCAD R14, 3D Studio Max, and VBA can perform the constructive solid model, machine simulation, animation of visualization, and interactive interface program of the cam mechanism. This package had developed as a teaching and learning tool for educational use in a college Computer-Aided Mechanism Design practical course. |
