中文摘要 | 面對未來資訊爆炸的社會,身為地球村公民的一份子,人人都需要具備各種基本素養,其中,不容置疑地,具備數學基本技能應是其中之一。就在國際社會一片正視數學教育聲浪中,我國亦在體認其急迫性與重要性的前提下,屢屢進行各種教育改革,以期能夠跟上時代潮流,避免落後其他國家。尤其近幾年來,教育當局公布實施九年一貫數學領域暫行綱要(簡稱暫綱),以為新一波數學教育改革大政之圭臬,之後,有感於暫行綱要之疏失罣漏,所在多有,於是繼而推出九年一貫數學領域修訂綱要(簡稱為正綱),亡羊補牢,修補缺失。 然而,不管是九年一貫課程實施以前或是之後,適逢資訊科技之快速變遷,讓人無法忽視資訊融入數學教育之重要性,於是我們可以發現在暫綱與正綱中,不約而同地都強調了它的重要性,由此可見,資訊科技將來會在數學教育中扮演著相當吃重的角色。 自從筆者從事數學教育以來,深深感到現今社會之多元,學生渴望教學方式求新求變之若渴,故一直在尋找各種簡單而有效之教學輔導方式,期盼在課堂上發揮增進學習效果之功效。在眾多的可能性當中,我發現到目前幾近全面普及的一套軟體--Microsoft Excel,即便使用它自己的運算功能,就可以設計出效果不錯的學習輔導軟體,若是再透過內建的一套程式語言--Visual Basic of Application (VBA)的幫助,還可以使其蛻變成以往要用套裝程式語言才能寫得出來的學習輔助應用程式,由此可見其威力之驚人。 大多數九年一貫數學領域中的教學內容,諸如數論、代數、幾何、統計等部分,透過Excel的幫助,可以讓授課的學生更加了解相關的知識。經由實證之經驗,使用這樣的教學輔助工具,授課學生除了感受到資訊科技的強大力量,以及其所帶來的便利性之外,更能學習到蘊藏在精心開發的軟體當中,教師所要傳達的數學概念。這麼好的教學輔助方案,為何不採用試算表呢? |
英文摘要 | Facing the information-bursting society of the future, it is imperative that we are equipped with every kind of basic literacy. Undoubtedly, basic mathematical ability is an important one. Among the international wave of stressing mathematical education, we also realized the importance and urgency and make various educational reforms in order to keep abreast of the current trends. Recently, Taiwan's education authority announced and carried out the Temporary Guidelines in Mathematics Learning Area of the Grade 1-9 Curriculums as the principles of the new mathematical reform. Afterwards, the neglect of the Temporary Guidelines was strongly perceived; therefore, the Adjusted Guidelines were designed to fill in the shortcomings. However, prior to and after the implementation of the Grade 1-9 Curriculums, integrating information technology could not be ignored given the huge wave of information technology. As a result, the importance of information technology can be seen in both the Temporary and the Adjusted Guidelines in Mathematics Learning Area of the Grade 1-9 Curriculums in mathematical education. This shows the prominent role information technology will play in future mathematical education. Research has revealed perceptions regarding the diversification of our society and student desire for new and creative learning methods. Thus, the researcher has studied various simple and effective instruction-aided tools to bring teaching and learning into full play in classroom education. Among those tools, Microsoft Excel, general and universal software, has proven useful in developing effective learning-aided software. Moreover, these kinds of software could be enhanced through the built-in program language- Visual Basic for Application (VBA) resulting in greater student understanding of mathematic concepts. |
