中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討在堆肥化前有機物基質中添加尿素及過磷酸鈣等化學肥料對堆 肥中營養要素及有機組成份在堆肥化過程中之變化及影響。本研究共計實施太空包雞糞堆肥 及牛糞堆肥等二種不同堆肥材料試驗,試驗一即在堆肥化前基質材料(香菇太空包廢料及雞 糞)中實施添加 0.4 %尿素及過磷酸鈣(重量比)與否二級處理, 試驗二即在堆肥化前基 質材料(牛糞)中實施添加 0.5 %尿素及過磷酸鈣(重量比)與否二級處理。 由試驗結果 顯示,添加尿素及過磷酸鈣等化學肥料可以增加腐熟堆肥中全氮、全磷及全鈣等營養要素含 量,亦會增加腐熟堆肥中無機氮含量及電導度( EC 值),並降低種子發芽指數,其中腐熟 堆肥之種子發芽指數與其 EC 值及無機氮含量分別有顯著的負相關性。在堆肥化過程中,堆 肥基質的有機組成份含量呈下降趨勢,其中熱水可溶有機物含量之變化率最大,其次分別為 纖維素及木質素含量,上述堆肥基質之有機組成份含量在添加化學肥料處堙間差異不顯著, 惟堆肥基質中氮成份在堆肥化過程中之轉化,與堆肥基質中纖維素組成之含量及其轉化有密 切關聯。 |
英文摘要 | In order to assess the effects of nutrient and organic constitution changes of organic wastes on the additon of urea and superphosphate during composting, two composting experiments were conducted: (1) the addition of urea and superphosphate with mushroom and chicken waste with dry weight basis of 0.4%, and (2) the addition of urea snd superphosphate with dairy waste with dry weight basis of 0.5%. The results showed that the addition fo urea and superphosphate increased the contents of toal N, P, Ca, and inorganic N, as well as the EC value, and also reduced the seed germination indexes of the ocmposts. There were significantly negative relationships between the the seed germination indexes and the content of inorganic N and the EC value, repectively. The contents of the organic constit ions of the wastes decreased during composting. The rate of change of the content of the hot water soluble organic fractin was the highest, followed by the rates of change of cellulose and lignin. There was a significant correlation between the changes of cellulose and N during composting. |
