中文摘要 | 二十世紀以來,社會急劇變遷,且更是以科學技術的發展,所造成的衝擊為烈,致使產生當前諸多的教育困境,其中最為人注意的便是道德價值觀的重大變化。針對長期以來,諸多道德判能力的研究多集於青少年的對象,固然有其重要性,但我們卻不應忽略了中等教師的道德判斷能力對青少年的影響。因此,本研究即針對正在修習中等教育學程的職前中等教師為對象,但囿於研究經費能力不足,以嘉南藥理科技大學中等教育學程的同學作為研究樣本,以此作為職前中等教師的道德判斷能力之初步探究工作。研究顯示:(1)多數職前中等教師的道德判斷能力,多集中在第四階段「法律與秩序道向」的道德層次;(2)年齡在31~35歲之間的職前中等教師,其道德判斷能力為第六階段的比例,比30歲以下的職前中等教師為低,相對地,其二階段的比例反而比30歲以下的職前中等教師為高;(3)隨著教學年資的增加,職前中等教師在各階段的道德判斷能力比例改變不大;(4)職前中等教師會因應不同情境的道德兩難問題,不自覺地選用不同的道德判斷標準。 |
英文摘要 | Since 20th century, there are many educational problems because society and science have developed so rapid, especially in moral judgment of teenagers, who are influenced by their schools teachers. In this research, students of program for teacher education in secondary education are sampled. Research results indicates: (1) moral judgment ability of many pre-secondary teachers resulted in the forth level of laws and order orientation; (2) the rate of moral judgment ability of pre-secondary teachers who age between thirty and fifty in the sixth level is lower than teachers age under thirty; (3) for longer teaching, there is no significant change for pre-secondary teachers; (4) in the difficult situations of moral judgment, pre-secondary teachers apply different standards to make moral judgment. |
