中文摘要 | 在現代社會快速變遷、重組、改造、轉型之過程中,師生關係產生了結構性的變化,也滋生了眾多問題,長尊晚卑之觀念已漸淡無。過去國內對學校、教師、學生之間的法律關係,成定位為「特別權利關係」,校規變成制約學生的權力根源,學生只能逆來順受,徒然消弱學生批判思考能力及道德勇氣。惟現今學生之人權、學習權甚囂塵上,人本主義以學生為中心的教育精神也方興未艾,職是,有必要全盤反思傳統管教文化在當前之可行性。 由於管教涉及教師權益與學生權益之互動結構及交互關係,也就是與師、生權益發展密切相關。因此,研究的進行是由師生權利、義務條文之解析切入,此為師生角色之間社會期待的關係之分析,惟本文之研究進路及主軸思考係進一步以教育倫理學及哲學的觀點,由師生之教育性關係來審視、批判管教問題,冀期提出管教新思維,以建構合理管教模式。 本文擬經由質的探究,以教育哲學的角度與面向來反省、詮釋、批判技專教育人員之管教思維與模式。本文之探詢在相關文獻之蒐集、分析外,也採用補充的技術──問卷及標準化開放式訪談,做為輔助性之探索,依循的理路除了教育哲學的觀點,也密切掌援教改理念,探索的主抽軸涉及教育價值,因此要運用哲學的思辨、分析與批判,俾發現問題及提出芻議。希冀藉由此行動研究引發技專教育人員對有關管教問題之種種從事反思、對話與行動。 |
英文摘要 | There are many changes in the relationship between teachers and pupils and this causes problems because of rapid transformation and reconstruction of the modem society. For example, the misconception that sωdents should be in a low and humble position and that they should respect the senior has faded as time passes. The legal relationship between the school authorities, the teachers, and students was defined by “the special power relationship” in our country. Therefore, school regulations have become the sovereign power bestowed on the teacher. Students were thus confined and they had to accept this imbalance. They also lost their ability to think, to criticize, and to strengthen their morals and courage. However, preference is given to student rights in the present days. The student-oriented humanistic education is also growing nowadays. Consequently it is truly necessary to make an overall and comprehensive reflection upon the traditional way of teaching disciplines in this day and age. Since teaching disciplines have something to do with the intertexture and interrelationship between teachers’ and students’ rights, this study sets out to survey the artic1es of laws and decrees about the rights and obligations of teachers and students. It could be seen as an analysis of social expectations about the roles of teacher and pupil. The study is based on a philosophy of education, pedagogical ethics, and the educative relation between teachers and pupils to examine and to evaluate the issue of disciplines. To set up a new, rational, and legitimate teaching mode is the aim of this study. This essay intends not to get involved in the myth of amount and quantity; on the contrary, by means of qualitative research and from the perspective of a philosophy of education, the education crew in colleges of technology’s thinking and attitudes toward discipline is designed to be examined, interpreted, and criticized. Besides the collection and analysis of some related documents, another measures--questionnaire and standardized open-ended interview are also applied as auxiliary tools. In addition to the frame of reference of educational philosophy, the concepts of educational reformation are deeply considered as well. Because the concern is related to the value of education, this project will use philosophical argumentation, resolution, and commentation to explore questions and make suggestions. The researcher expects that this active research would trigger more dialogues, action, and reflexivity on the issue of discipline among the education crew in colleges of technology. |
