中文摘要 | 目前市售紋身染料中,合成染料常見重金屬成份,天然指甲花染料常見添加p-Pheny1enediamine (PPD) 化學染料;百合花粉由於賦有油性黃橙色色素,沾染後難以清潔,一般摘除不用造成資源的浪費,因此本研究以百合花粉色素為染料應用在紋身染料配方,立在針對市售紋身染料進行安全性檢測。實驗結果:(一) 隨機採樣5件市售紋身染料,經HPLC進行分析PPD含量,得知4件含PPD成份,含量在0.019-0.171%;市售紋身染料重金屬檢測,經ICP-MS進行分析,得知7件檢品中,一件含汞量1.85ppm;二件銅含量過高,分別為15,159及102ppm。 (二) 百合花花粉安全性實驗,結果均無產生皮膚和眼睛刺激現象,且未檢測出八大重金屬。(三) 27組配方實驗結果顯示,環狀糊精確實能有效增加光安定性,且該配方經皮膚安全性評估,均無過敏反應。 |
英文摘要 | At the present time, commercialized tattoo synthetic dyes always add heavy metal. Natural tattoo henna dyes are also easily found in p-Phenylenediamine (PPD). Lily pollen contains an oily orange colorant and is hard to clean after dyeing. Therefore, people throw the pollens away and cause a waste of resources. So, in this research lily pollen pigment was used in the manufacturing of tattoo dye. An dtry to do safety detection of tattoo dye available in the market. The results show (1) five tattoo dyes were sampled from the market and were analyzed for PPD content by HPLC. We learned from the results that four of them contained PPD. The PPD content was between 0.171-0.019%. We also tried to detect the heavy metals in the dye. By ICP-MS analysis, one sample was found with Hg content (1.85ppm), two of them were found with excessive Cu content (15159, 102ppm). (2) In the safety experiment of lily pollen, no skin and eye irritation symptoms occurred and no heavy metals detected. (3) From 27 experimental designs, cyclodextrin had the best improvement of light-fastness.The formulation also passed the skin safety test with no anaphylaxis present. |
