中文摘要 | 本研究發展一套二維非勻相反應平板流的模擬程式,利用數值模擬來研究預混氫氣/空氣通過鉑觸媒平板的表面反應現象。程式以完整的橢圓型偏微分方程式求解,可用於計算低速流場及前緣(leading edge)區域。模擬結果顯示在一大氣壓下、當量比0.4、入口速度10cm/sec的條件下,觸媒反應是被氫氣的擴散速率所限制。目前的反應機構都未包含氣體與吸附於觸媒表面的物質的反應(Eley-Ridel模式反應),因此模擬計算出的近表面OH濃度遠低於實驗所能觀察到的範圍,與實驗觀察到的現象不符合,必須在反應機構內加入Eley-Ridel模式的反應才能解釋此現象。 |
英文摘要 | The heterogeneous reaction of fuel-lean hydrogen/air mixtures over platinum was investigated numerically in laminar flat-plate flows. To simulate low-Reynods-number flows and leading edge zones, the simulation code in this research was build by using a two-dimension elliptic fluid mechanical model. The code was employed to compute the reactive flowof hydrogen/air mixture (Φ=0.4) at atmospheric pressure and at a inlet velocity of 10cm/sec. The result shows the catalytic reactions were limited by hydrogen-diffusion. By using the existing surface-surface mechanism (Langmuir model), the calculated near surface OH concentration was too low to be observed experimentally. Adding gas-surface reactions (Eley-Ridel model) in the mechanism is recommended to explain the strong OH-LIPF signal showed in previous experimental observation. |
