中文摘要 | 本研究結合反應速率實驗公式、固定床反應器轉化率與 GHSV 關條式及質能平衡原理來設計直徑 250mm 觸媒燃燒系統,全系統包含預熱燃燒器、文氏管一及文氏管二、直徑 250mm 蜂巢式觸媒燃燒器、以及均質燃燒器等四大部分。預熱燃燒器燃燒 35% 的甲烷,將所有的燃料及空氣預熱,並於文氏管一及文氏管二中完成預混後進入蜂巢式觸媒;蜂巢式觸媒之轉化率為52%,產生高溫及高活性之自由基,並進一步於均質燃燒器中達到完全燃燒。本研究根據各組件之耐溫限度完成全象統之質能平衡及象統設計。UHC、CO及NOx之排放濃度量測值分別為16、18及 6ppm,幾達個位數之超低污染排放標準。 |
英文摘要 | A catalytic combustor system consists a preheat combustor, two venturi tubes, a φ250mm honeycomb catalytic combustor, and a homogenous combustor was designed and tested. In the preheat combustor, 35% of methane was burnt to preheat the downstream methane/air mixture. The methane/air mixture underwent further mixing in venturi tubes, and then entered the φ250mm honeycomb combustor. Catalytic reactions took place in the honeycomb combustor, and methane conversion of 52% was achieved. The outlet gases then entered the downstream homogenous combustor, in which high temperature free radicals underwent homogeneous reactions and nearly complete combustion was detected. The UHC, CO and NOx emission were 16, 18, and 6 ppm, respectively, nearly single digit ultra-low emission level was proved. |
