中文摘要 | 在運動競爭激烈的今天,如何以更快、更有效的策略及方法來提升運動員的成績表現,已成為每個團隊及教練最關心的課題。根據多位專家學者的論述可以發現,教練是提昇運動水準的關鍵因素。本文擬從領導理論的概述到教練工作的實務來探討教練領導行為,結果顯示教練工作是一個多元化的工作,他必須扮演不同的角色,除了設定目標,更要帶領團隊追求卓越。但是運動情境是多變的,適當的領導行為並不全然是一種方式或另外一種,而是要將情境的因素與選手的特質等相關的變項,與理論相融合,結合成一套適合的理論模式,應用到教練領導的實務工作。 |
英文摘要 | In the highly competitive sports competition today, how to improve sports performance in a more efficient and faster way is the concern of most team and coaches. According to many researches, coach is the key factor to improve sports performance. This article is to describe the coaching leadership from the point of view of leadership theory and coaching practice. The results revealed that coaching is a multidimensional job. The coaches have to play different roles including setting goals and lead the team to a achieve better performances. However, sports situation is always changing. There is no one best way to lead a sports team. Rather, the leader should combine the situational factors and the personal traits of athletes with leadership theories in to a multidimensional leadership model that can be applied into relationship practices. |
