中文摘要 | 本文設計並分析了新型的光波導一對五分光器,原理是利用漸變式光波導結構,進行光波能量的重新分配,最後分別在玻璃與鈮酸鋰兩種介質機板上,成功設計出低損失之一對五分光器。對於輸出波導間的分光比例,可以藉由調整漸變式光波導的寬度以及改變中央波導的位置來微調。文中對於鈮酸鋰基板的特性,也有所介紹。 |
英文摘要 | Novel single-mode 1×5 equal power dividers have been proposed and analyzed. Tapered optical waveguides are employed for the purpose of power redistribution. Therefore, low-loss 1×5 power dividers are successfully designed on the substrates of glass and lithium niobate, respectively. Furthermore, the width of the tapered waveguides and the position of the central output branch can be fine-tuned to obtain different power splitting ratio. In this paper, the characteristics of lithium niobate are also introduced. |
