中文摘要 | 結合網際網路與虛擬實境技術我們建立了一個主從式的遠端教育訓練系統。在電腦的伺服端我們模仿Sodick Plustech 30EH的微射出成型機,建立了一個模型機臺,而在伺服端之電腦上則建立了一個與模型機同步的虛擬機臺,受訓者從伺服端的電腦下達操作指令後,可以同時收看到由網路所傳送回來的機臺動作影像及電腦上虛擬機臺的動作。藉著虛擬實境可以進距離觀測機臺的特性,受訓者應該可以獲得更加的學習效果。 |
英文摘要 | A remote training system for a micro-injection machine, Sodick Plustech 30EH, was established through internet with a client-server structure. A model machine was built at the server; a virtual machine synchronized with the machine at server end on client computer is also constructed. Instructions given by the client are sent to the machine at the sever end as well as the virtual machine. Trainers can monitor movement of the actual machine and virtual machine at the same time. Through the establishment of the virtual environment for the machine, trainers are able to closely examine the operation of the machine virtual, and are expected received better training quality. |
