英文摘要 | Due to the government’s new policy of performance-based rewarding system to reduce high personnel overheads and financial pressure, the government hopes that the new system will be able to improve the performance management as well as increase the morale of the police staff. Currently, it is very important for the government to perform human resource management. In this highly competitive modern time, the organization has to keep improving their performance. Building a suitable performance evaluation system is the only path to go. Therefore, this paper discussed about having a new rewarding system based on performance and to review its effectiveness, and challenges face during implementation is a must. |
