英文摘要 | The Japanese customers claimed that CSC’s cold rolled steel products often accumulated smudge in pads and polluted rollers in the slitting lines. Frequent cleaning rollers and changing pads increase costs. The investigation showed that the smudge is mainly due to the excessive residual iron fine on the steel surface. After using high lubrication temper solution B, the smudge was eliminated completely. The occurring rate of the defects was down from 65% to 0%. The critical point of eliminating the smudge is to reduce the residual iron fine after temper rolling of cold rolled coils. The similar effect was observed by using the newly developed lower cost lubrication temper solution C. |
