英文摘要 | CSC has made a great effort to upgrade the quality of electrical sheet in order to satisfy the customers demand. The improvement of uniformity along the transverse direction is the first concern among the key quality indexes of this specific product. CSC has completed the revamping for coupling the existing pickling line with the cold rolling mill. At the mean time, by the installation of function, the thickness quality index has reached the world leading level to control Edge Droop DC 15 under 5μm. This article described the method how to utilize the taper work roll and closed-loop control to obtain an optimal value of Edge Drop. |
