英文摘要 | A mathematical model for roll deformation was developed based on the spring and beam theory and a transport matrix method. This model can calculate both strip profile and pressure distribution on the work roll and strip interface. Several cases are analyzed by this model, including: the effect of the grinding crown of work/backup roll on strip profile, the effect of bending force on strip profile, the effect of work roll shift on strip profile, the effect of strip initial profile and side walk on strip profile, the effect of work roll leveling on strip profile and the effect of mill type on strip profile. |
