中文摘要 | 青剛櫟【Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb.) Oerst. 】是雌雄異株的常綠闊葉樹種。於三月上旬,幼雄葇荑花序已具雄花原體,在一年生條枝之芽體內形成。稍後,幼花藥分化出原始表層、基本分生組織及原始形成層;每一枚花藥很快發育出四個小孢子囊;三月中旬,花藥壁層發育完全,具表皮層、內壁層、兩層中間層及絨氈層。三月下旬,小孢子母細胞行減數分裂,經過細胞質同時分裂,產生四面體形的小孢子四分體。成熟花粉粒含兩細胞。四月中旬花藥開裂,花粉粒散發。 |
英文摘要 | Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb.) Oerst. is a species of evergreen, broadleaved and dioecious trees. Male catkins with floral primordia are formed in the buds of one-year old shoots in early March. Later, a protoderm, ground meristem and a procambium have differentiated in young anthers. Each young anther soon develops to four microsporangia. The anther wall layers develop completely by mid-March and consist of one-cell-layered epidermis, one-cell-layered endothecium, two middle layers and one-cell-layered tapetum. Microspore mother cells undergo meiosis through simultaneous cytokinesis in late March and give rise to tetrads of microspores, which are tetrahedrally arranged. Mature pollen grains contain 2 cells. Anthers are dehiscent and pollen grains shed by mid-April. |
