中文摘要 | 本研究由臺灣地區20家電弧爐煉鋼廠中選取A廠(不鏽鋼爐碴)、B廠(交流電煉爐碴)及C廠(直流電煉鋼爐碴)三廠之爐碴進行化學性質分析,並以爐碴取代天然骨材拌製成爐碴混凝土,檢測其抗壓強度;再利用灰色預測模型進行抗壓強度之預測。試驗結果爐碴化學成分中SiO₂含量約為22.68%;Al₂O₃含量約為7.45%;Fe₂O₃含量約為26.48%;CaO含量約為28.64%;MgO含量約為6.91%;MnO含量約為2.64%;TiO₂含量約為0.28%;SO₃含量約為0.04%;S含量約為0.1%;28天齡期爐碴混凝土強度介於219~268kg/cm²(傳統混凝土強度介於210kg/cm²至220kg/cm²),平均為240kg/cm²。模擬結果之平均殘差值(Mean Absolute Percentage Error, MAPE)為9%,相關係數值(Correlation Coefficient, R)為0.5。顯示本研究應用爐渣化學性質創建之GM(1,N)模型對於爐碴混凝土抗壓強度之預測效果良好,可提供爐碴再利用於混凝土強度之相關應用。 |
英文摘要 | The grey model is used in the paper for the purpose to predict the strength of slag concrete. Chemical characteristics of slag obtained from three different plants in Taiwan are evaluated first. Subsequently, the grey model is utilized to predict the compressive strength of the slag concrete containing slags from different plants. Based on the test results, the chemical components of the slag contain SiO₂(22.68%); Al₂O₃(7.45%); Fe₂O₃(26.48%); CaO(28.64%); MgO(6.91%); MnO(2.64%); TiO₂(0.28%); SO₃(0.04%); and S(0.1%). The tested 28-day compressive strength of the slag conrete has the values between 219 and 268 kg/cm² with an average strength of 240 kg/cm². These values are higher than the strength of the conventional concrete with the value between 210 kg/cm² and 220 kg/cm². Utilizing the grey model, the predicted Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Correlation Coefficient (R) after testing is 9% and 0.5, respectively. These results indicate that GM (1, N) mode can predict the strength of slag concrete reasonably well. |
