中文摘要 | 本試驗利用台糖公司所研發成功的「可回收式高壓蒸煮鍋」處理斃死豬及胎衣, 探討以蒸煮後的豬肉骨漿作為離乳母豬的蛋白質補充飼料,對其繁殖性能及經濟效益之影響 ,使達到減廢及保持經濟發展與環境保護間相互平衡。試驗結果顯示,對繁殖性能例如再配 頭數比率、 總產仔豬頭數、 離乳頭數與下胎次離乳至配種間距等無顯著之影響 (p>0.05); 但會增加離乳至配種間距 7 天以上之頭數 (p<0.01)。綜合以上結果,離乳母豬供餵蒸煮肉 飼料,對台糖公司畜殖部門而言,每年可達到節省飼料費新台幣三百九十四萬元之經濟效益 。 |
英文摘要 | A recyclable high pressure scalding kettle (HPSK) to render non- diseased dead pigs and placenta has been successfully developed by Taiwan Sugar Corporation (TSC). In this experiment, sows were fed diet containing meat paste, cooked by HPSK, as main protein source ingredient. Their reproductive performance and the economic benefits were evaluated. Our purpose is to maintain balanced development between economic growth and environmental protection. We are continuing our efforts in practicing waste minimization, so that further development in the animal industry can be expected. Feed costs of approximately NT$3.94 million could be saved by using this feed formulation annually. There were no differences (p>0.05) found in reproductive performance such as remating rate, total numbers of piglets born and weaned, or interval between weaning to mating of sow at the next parity. However, there was a very significant difference (p<0.01) in the interval of weaning to mating of sows above 7 days. |
