中文摘要 | 泌乳牛乳房炎早期的防治是酪農飼養管理中很重要的一環,在擠乳過程中利用牛乳導電度能線上非破壞檢測出乳房炎。採集泌乳牛的分房前乳樣品,量測其體細胞數及導電度,依據分房乳體細胞數將泌乳牛分類為健康及感染,此外由四個分房乳道電度所推演的其導電度相關參數,探討其檢測門檻值及彼此組合對乳房炎檢測的正確率。由分析結果可得到,三個導電度相關參數ECMAX、ECRAT及ECDIF其檢測門檻值分別5.54mS/cm、1.09及0.38 mS/cm,當使用ECMAX+ECMAX組合或ECMAX+ECRIA組合圾可獲得88.6%以上的相符正確率,而當使用ECMAX+ECMAX+ECRIA組合時,健康及感染泌乳牛的特異度及敏感度分別為0.94%及81.4%,相符正確率89.8%;可選用ECMAX+ECRAT或ECMAX+ECDIF組合門檻值作為檢測指標,此可作為波乳牛乳房炎導電度線上檢測系統的依據。 |
英文摘要 | Mastitis detection for diary cows at an early stage is an important reference for feeding and management in dairy farms. The detection is non-destructive through measuring the conductivity of milk in milking. The somatic cell count (SCC) and the electrical conductivity (EC) of foremilk samples are measured and sued for detection. Cows are firstly categorized to health and mastitis-infected by using the SCC index. Mastitis-infected groups are further assured through the assistance of derivate EC-related parameters (ECRP) from the four quarters. The ECRP components, samples from the four quarters of a dairy cow, consist of ECMAX (maximum EC), ECRAT (ration of maximum EC to minimum EC), and ECDIF (difference between maximum and minimum EC’s). Statistic analyses of the ECRP’s reveal the following threshold values for detection: 5.54mS/cm (ECMAX), 1.09 (ECRTA), and 0.38 mS/cm (ECDIF). The accuracy can be improved to 88.6% when combinative thresholds, ECMAX+ECRAT or ECMAX+eCDIF, are employed. When integrating ECMAX, ECRAT, and ECDIF, we may accomplish a specificity (94.4%) for healthy cows, a sensitivity (81.4%) for infected cows, and an accuracy (89.8%). It is recommended that combinative thresholds, ECMAX+ECRAT or ECMAX+ECDIF, are recommended to employ in mastitis detection. The promising results encourage us to construct an on-line mastitis detection system for dairy cows using EC. |
