中文摘要 | 新產品開發 (New Product Development, NPD) 是公司組織強化核心競爭力與擴張市場版圖的契機,同時也是維持組織長期生存與發展的重點活動。成功的新產品發展專案,對內能協助公司組織賺取利潤並強化其競爭力,對外則能為公司組織建立市場地位以因應競爭者的挑戰,然而當不同規模的公司組織紛紛投入新產品發展之際,真正為組織帶來龐大收益並可稱之為成功的新產品個案卻屈指可數;由此可見,新產品發展專案具有高度的不確定性,而其發展過程亦須承受來自市場環境、競爭者及技術層面的風險,甚至到產品上市後之相關績效評估作業等,這些都是新產品發展專業難以控制及管理的部份。有鑑於此,本研究探討產品開發相關流程及其作業重點,並以企業實際開發網路電話 (VoIP) 設備為例,運用品質機能展開 (Quality Function Deployment) 方法,將顧客需求轉換成工程代用特性,以訂定產品設計品質的標準,再將設計品質有系統的展開到各機能零件的品質,以及製造工程各要素相互關係上,使產品在事前就完成品質保證活動,確保顧客的需求得到滿足,以提供在規劃新產品開發時的參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | New product development is the core competence of a corporation as well as the opportunity of extending market. In the meanwhile it is an important activity to continue long term surviving and developing for an organization. Inside a corporation, a successful new product development project can assist a corporation to gain profit and enhance its competence; outside a corporation, it can build market position for challenges coming from competitors. However, there were only few new product development projects can really bring lots of profit when many companies involved in developing new products. This shows that new product development project consists of high uncertainty. The development process also faces many risks coming form market environment, competitors, and technical issues. All these factors are hard to control and manage for a new product development project. The purpose of this study is to explore product development processes and critical operations, and also to transfer customer's requirements into engineering characteristics applying Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach, moreover, to set up standards of product design quality. Furthermore, quality designed deploys systematically to each part of a product and each element of manufacture engineering in order to ensure that customer's requirements are fulfilled for developing a new product. |
