中文摘要 | 本研究係以表面燃燒、熱重量損失分析、隔熱性能等試驗,探討矽酸鈣板、紙面石膏板、木材纖維水泥板、木粒片水泥板、岩棉板、蛭石板、化粧熱固性樹脂板、熱固性樹脂硬質發泡板、阻燃纖維板、玻璃棉板等十種市售建築裝修材料之阻燃及隔熱行為,以作為建築設計壁飾材料之參考。研究結果歸納如下: 板材經表面燃燒試驗後,矽酸鈣板、紙面石膏板、木材纖維水泥板、蛭石板、阻燃纖維板、玻璃棉板,皆通過CNS 6532耐燃三級標準,而木粒片水泥板、岩棉板、化粧熱固性樹脂板及熱固性樹脂硬質發泡板則未通過CNS 6532耐燃三級標準。 熱重量損失分析而言,各板材之焦炭殘留量以玻璃棉板最高,依次為蛭石板、木材纖維水泥板、紙面石膏板、阻燃纖維板、岩棉板、矽酸鈣板、木粒片水泥板、化粧熱固性樹脂板,而熱固性樹脂硬質發泡板為最低。 從隔熱性能結果得知,試材之熱傳導係數以蛭石板為最高,其隔熱性能最低,依次為木材纖維水泥板、化粧熱固性樹脂板、岩棉板、木粒片水泥板、阻燃纖維板、矽酸鈣板、紙面石膏板,而熱固性樹脂硬質發泡板為最低,其隔熱性能最高。玻璃棉板因其內部組成蓬鬆,無法固定探針,致使無法測得數據。 上述結果顯示,十種市售裝飾耐燃建材,通過耐燃三級者,其隔熱性能以紙面石膏板最佳,依次為矽酸鈣板、阻燃纖維板、木材纖維水泥板,而蛭石板最低。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to discuss the properties of thermal isulation and fire retardant of 10 kinds of commerce decorative boards including calcium silicate boards, paper overlaid gypsum boards, cement-board fiberboards, cement-bonded particleboard, rock wool boards, vermiculite boards, fancy thermosetting resin boards, thermosetting resin hard foam-plates, fire-retardant fiberous boards, glass wool boards, etc. with the method of surface combustibility, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), thermal insulation examination. The purpose of the study is offer references to the relative decorative workers according to the findings. After tested with the method of surface combustibility, calcium silicate boards, paper overlaids gypsum boards, fiber cement boards, vermiculite boards, fire-retardant fibrous boards, and glass wool boards all passed the 3rd grade standard test according to CNS 6532, but the cement-bonded particleboards, rock wool boards, fancy thermosetting resin boards, and the thermosetting resin hard foam-plates fails to pass the test. According to the results of the TGA tests, the char-residuum of glass wool boards was left the most, followed by the vermiculite boards, the paper overlaid gypsum boards, the fiber cement boards, the fire-resistant fibrous boards, the rock wool boards, the calcium silicate boards, the cement-bonded particleboards, the fancy thermosetting resin boards, and the lowest one was the thermosetting resin hard foam-plates was left the least. According to the tests of thermal conductivity measurement, the results showed that the vermiculite boards had the highest thermal conductivity but the lowest thermal insulation, followed by the fiber cement boards, the fancy thermosetting resin boards, the rock wool boards, the cement-bonded particleboards, the fire-resistant fibrous boards, the calcium silicate boards, the paper overlaid gypsum boards, But the thermosetting resins hard foam-plates was the lowest in thermal conductivity while highest in thermal insulation. However, because the inner structure of glass wool boards is too fluffy to firm the probe, the thermal conductivity of the boards can not be measured. The above results indicated that among several kinds of the boards reaching the 3rd grade standard, the paper overlaid gypsum boards showed the best properties of thermal insulation, followed by calcium silicate boards, fire-retardant fibrous boards, fiber cement boards and the vermiculite boards were the worst one. |
