中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討不同的游泳教學法(一般教學、浮具教學、韻律呼吸教學、綜合教學),對大學女生初學游泳者教學成效的差異情形,以作為游泳教學之參考。本研究以篩選後初學游泳之48位大學女生為對象,隨機分為四組,每組12人,施以八週不同游泳教學法後測驗捷泳二十五公尺,前側和後測所得資料以單因子變異數分析法(One-Way ANOVA)進行考驗;再以薛費法(Scheffé method)進行各組間的事後比較;本研究的統計分析之差異性考驗顯著水準以 . =.05。 研究結果發現四種不同的游泳教學法對大學生游泳能力的影響,皆有正面的提升;尤其以韻律呼吸組和綜合組效果最為好。建議從事游泳教學時,善用游永浮具器材的輔助練習和強調韻律呼吸的操作,更能有效提升初學者的游泳能力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this thesis is to study how different swimming teachering methods impact to female college students. (The teaching methods are the general swimming teaching method, the buoying device swimming teaching method, the rhythm breathing swimming teaching method, the buoying device and rhythm breathing swimming teaching method.) The result will be used in the swimming class. The subjects of this research are 48 female college students. The subjects are randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group has 12 students. The subjects are given different swimming teaching methods for 8 weeks and then the students take 25 meters front crawl test. The data from pre-test and post-test are analyzed using One-way ANOVA. And the result is compared with Scheffé method. The significant level is . =.05. The result shows that these four methods can improve students swimming ability. The rhythm breathing group and the buoying device and rhythm breathing group are help students most in this study. Suggestion: when teaching swimming, using rhythm breathing and the buoying device and rhythm breathing can help beginning learners improve their swimming ability. |
