中文摘要 | 本文以係統動力學建構一個包含甲級、乙級、丙級營造廠之廠商成長模擬系統,並採用臺灣1991-2002年營造廠商家數之成長統計資料為基準,以解釋過去臺灣營造廠商家數之成長情形並作為推估日後營造廠商家數成長之參考工具。經過歷史資料驗證後顯示本模型具有相當程度之準確度,有助於政府在公共工程建設量的規劃、市場管理政策的評估、廠商經營策略之規劃。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a system dynamics simulation model for evaluating the growing pattern of construction firms in Taiwan. historical data regarding the number of construction firm, with time spans from 1991 to 2002, were collected to test the robustness of the proposed model. The results suggest that the proposed model could be used to explain the dynamic distributions of construction firms of grade A, B, and C in the past decade, and to forecast the future growing trend based on the estimated market factors. It is concluded that the proposed system Dynamics model has the potential to help government agencies and practitioners to evaluate their developing policies. |
