中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討臺灣觀光餐旅產業在SARS期間,公司政策(行銷策略、薪酬福利、危機管理)與員工效能之關係;員工SARS知識程度是否會對公司政策(行銷策略、薪酬福利、危機管理)與員工效能之間的關係產生干擾效果。 本研究在經過深入訪談後,萃取題項,然後採問卷調查,研究對象以交通部觀光局所公佈之國內國際觀光旅館及觀光旅館有經歷過SARS時期的員工為受測對象,總共發出800份問卷,實得有效卷共622份,有效率為77.8%並以SPSS10.0統計套裝軟體進行資料分析。研究結果如下: 一、公司政策與員工效能之間呈現顯著的正相關;行銷策略與員工效能之間呈現顯著的正相關;薪酬福利與員工效能之間呈現顯著的正相關;危機管理與員工效能之間呈現顯著的正相關。 二、員工SARS知程度對公司政策(行銷策略、薪酬福利、危機管理)與員工效能之間並沒有干擾效果產生,SARS知程度的高低會直接影響到員工生命的安全,對員工時理焦慮會有直接的影響,所以SARS知識程度的高低,並非直接影響員工效能的主要因素,真正影響員工效能的應該是公司政策的制定行銷策略、薪酬福利及危機管理之作法。 經由本研究之後,期望對於目前經營日益困難的餐旅產業如再次遇到一些非預期性的企業管理風險時對公司政策與員工效能之間的關係有所建議與幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate that during the SARS epidemic, how the corporate policies, i.e., marketing strategies, compensation programs and crisis management, of Taiwanese tourism hotel industry were related to the employee effectiveness. Besides, the study was also to test whether the employees’ SARS knowledge had interference effects on the correlations among the corporate policies mentioned above and the employee effectiveness. After gathering general information from the initial in-depth interviews, a questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire surveys were conducted throughout employees who ever worked in the Taiwan’s tourism hotels during SARS. The tourism hotels samples included international tourist hotels and ordinary to tourist hotels that Toursim Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), officially approved. Questionnaires were sent to 800 people for survey and a total of 622 responses were valid data. The effective rate was 77.75%. SPSS 10.0 was applied for data analysis. The research results indicated the following. 1.There were significant positive correlations between corporate policies and employee effectiveness; significant positive correlations between marketing strategies and employee effectiveness; significant positive correlations between compensation programs and employee effectiveness; significant positive correlations between crisis management and employee effectiveness. 2.The employees’ SARS knowledge had no interference effects on the correlations between corporate policies and employee effectiveness. Since SARS knowledge would directly influence the safety of employees’ lives, it would also immediate affect the employee anxiety. Consequently, the levels of employees’ SARS knowledge were not the major factors influencing employee effectiveness. On the other hand, corporate. Policies such as marketing strategies, compensation programs and crisis management had the real effect on the employe effectiveness. Through this research, it is expected to assist hotel industry in making better strategic decisions regarding to corporate policies and employee effectiveness, especially under the circumstance of unpredictable business crisis. |
