中文摘要 | Kaplan和Norton於1992年發表「平衡計分卡:驅動績效的量度」,來衡量營利組織財務與非財務性的績效。1996年再發表「平衡計分卡在策略管理體系的應用」,表達亦可改善非營利組織的績效。近年來,大專院校間競爭激烈,提升教學品質及增進學習成效,獲取競爭優勢,以達永續經營,已成為現今學校績效衡量的重要議題。本研究以平衡計分卡之中財務、顧客、內部流程以及學習與成長四個構面的管理流程,來釐清之間策略因果關係及動因,試圖建立一套適合學校教務處整體績效衡量之模式,做為未來績效管理的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In 1992 Kaplan and Norton published “The Balanced Scorecard: Measures the drive performance” to assess financial and non-financial performance of profit organizations. Several years later, in 1996, they extended their research by publishing “Using The Balanced Scorecard as a Strategic Management System” and claimed that the Balanced Scorecard is able to improve the performance of non-profit organizations. In recent years, under the competitive educational environment, promoting teaching quality and students’ learning effects to achieve predominance in competition has become a significant task for performance evaluation to colleges. The present study applies the ideas of the Balanced Scorecard examining the cause-effect and driving factors in terms of the four procedure dimensions─financial affairs, customers, inside procedure, and learning and growing, and then develops a pattern of overall performance evaluation for the Division of Academic Affairs as a reference for future performance management. |
