| 中文摘要 | 本文嘗試將垃圾焚化飛灰經熔融處理後之熔渣粉末,研磨分為不同大小顆粒狀,用以取代部份水泥方式製造水泥砂漿試體,並進行抗壓強度試驗與比較其結果。同時討論以粉末狀CaO與CaO水溶液分別取代部份熔渣粉末,對水泥砂漿試體抗壓強度之影响。試驗結果顯示:熔渣粉末之顆粒愈細所製成之熔渣水泥砂漿試體之抗壓強度愈高,當通過# 400 篩熔渣粉末取代水泥量20%時,其28天與90天之抗壓強度為標準試體之89%與109%。又,添加CaO取代部份熔渣粉末之試體,其28天齡期以後抗壓強度之發展比未添加者明顯提高,顯示垃圾焚化飛灰熔渣粉末具卜作嵐反應機理。 |
| 英文摘要 | Abstract In this research, mortar specimens were manufactured by replacing part of cement with different amounts of slag powder obtained from municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerator. Compressive strength tests for mortar specimens were performed and results obtained were analyzed. Further, in order to accelerate the pozzolanic reactions, part of slag powder then was replaced by CaO powder and solution, respectively. Test results indicate that compressive strength of slag-cement mortar specimens increased with the increase of fineness of slag powder. The compressive strength of 20% slag-cement mortar cured at 28 and 90 days were 89% and 109% better than those in controlled groups, respectively, with slag powder used passed #400 sieve. In addition, similar results were obtained for specimens with the substitution of CaO cured at 28 days. This implies that slag powder obtained from MSW incinerator exhibits pozzolanic behavior. |
