中文摘要 | 研究之重點在於製造出可應用於移動式顆粒床中之吸附劑顆粒,利用碳酸鈣做為核心,選用瓷土做為外殼的核殼結構,經由燒結程序,製得具有核殼結構(Core-Shell)之吸附劑,研究顯示具有氧化鈣核心及瓷土外殼的核殼結構吸附劑顆粒可重覆應用於吸附及脫附二氧化碳。由於氧化鈣易和空氣中的水分及二氧化碳反應而造成體積膨脹。為了克服此膨脹效應所造成之顆粒崩解,因此研究採用核殼結構來製造顆粒。由於碳酸鈣粉體本身並不具有黏性,形成其造粒上的困難。而為了考量高溫應用,也不適合以高分子作為黏著劑,故利用多次水的潤濕、烘乾過程使粉體藉由水分蒸乾時的內聚力而緊緊結合,使核心具有一定強度以進入第二階段之滾動增厚,再將含有陶瓷材料的殼層能夠順利覆上。此法的好處在於不添加其他物質,所以內核可以為高純度碳酸鈣,且利用二次造核可使核的結構中,增加其孔隙度,以避免吸收氣體後的體積膨脹將殼撐破。 |
英文摘要 | The key feature of this research lies in making pellets that could be applied in the moving granular bed filter (MGBF), using CaCO3 as core, and using clay as shell to be the final products. A sorbent with CaO core and clay shell is prepared to show reusable applications in absorption and desorption processes for carbon dioxide. The CaO is extremely easily reacted with the moisture and the carbon dioxide in the air which expands its volume. In order to overcome the inflation effect which causes the pellets to break up, the core-shell structure is used to make the pellets. The very small stickiness in the calcium carbonate powder will definitely limit the pelletization process. Also, the polymer is not suitable as the adhesive in high temperature applications. The repeated moist-drying processes which cause the powder aggregation by the cohesion of powder, enable the pellets to have the certain intensity to enter the second rolling stage in increasing the size, and encase the shell. Without adding any other adhesives in calcium carbonate powder, two major advantages of this method are summarized in this work. First, the core may maintain high purity. Second, the secondary pelletization of the core increases its porosity and avoids the shell cracking by volume expansion of the core. |
