| 中文摘要 | 本文將探應解調訊號之振動頻譜的側頻現象,並將對數轉換應用於解調訊號上,來降低解調頻譜之側頻藉以更加突顯損壞振動頻率。為使對數轉換能有效運用於包絡訊號上,將提出一小波包絡函數以應用於振動訊號之解調變,藉以獲得非負值之包絡訊號。結果發現對數轉換的確能有效應用於其所獲得的包絡訊號,並且對於損壞軸承之解調頻譜,可降低解調頻譜之側頻,藉以更加突顯損壞振動頻率。在另一方面則發現,對數轉換對於正常軸承之振動頻譜並無太大影響。因此,可證實對數轉換的確能有效應用於包絡訊號上,並藉以更加突顯損壞振動頻率。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this paper, a theoretical study on the sideband reduction for the vibration spectrum of a demodulated signal is presented, and the logarithmic transformation is proposed to apply in the envelops signal to more enhance the defect frequency by suppressing the corresponding sidebands. For the purpose of applying the logarithmic transform in the envelope signal, a wavelet-based enveloping function is then proposed to derive a non-negative envelope from the modulated vibration signal of a mechanical system. It is found that the logarithmic transformation could be applied in this envelope signal, and the defect frequencies on the spectrum for a defect bearing could be more enhanced by suppressing the corresponding sidebands. On the other hand, there is little effect on the characteristic frequencies of vibration spectrum for a normal bearing. Accordingly, the logarithmic transformation would be helpful to apply the signal processing method in enhancing the defect frequencies for the bearing defect diagnosis. |
