中文摘要 | 硝化甘油近代被廣泛應用作為火炸藥的原料,但其製造過程中之硝化作用及含酸產品自廢酸中分離為最危險之操作程序,自工作化生產製造以來,已發生多次爆炸事故,工安危害問題不容忽視。近年來硝化甘油製造方式,從早期的批式製造方式,從早期的批式製程,演進至連續式製程及噴射式硝化製程,雖持續改革發展,工安載仍然不斷發生;因此,必須發展更安全的製程與程序安全控制技術。 目前文獻上並無關於硝化甘油動力學模式之探應與勢平衡危害模式之分析,本文即針對拜亞茲製程(Biazzi Process),建立硝化喬油連續製程之動力學參數,並透過質能平衡方程式,進行安全操作條件分析。 |
英文摘要 | The nitroglycerine has been widely used as explosive and propellant ingredients in recently. Its manufacturing process is quite dangerous and always causes explosion incidents owing to nitration in chemical reaction, separated production to waste mixed acid. The production mode of nitroglycerine is forever developing from previous batch reactor to continuous stirred tank reactor and iniection reactor but accidental events were not suspended yet. Therefore, it’s necessary to develop more safe process and control technology for manufacture of nitroglycerine. There are not related research for dynamics model and thermal balance analysis of nitroglycerine manufacture in the literature at present. In this investigation, we estimated its reaction kinetic parameters and used mass-energy blanc equations to evaluate safe conditions of operation for the reaction system in Biazzi process. |
