中文摘要 | 本文係探討噴擊式冷卻法應用於簡捷型殼管式蒸發器的熱傳性能研究。本研究加熱管群為水平三角形排列,熱管外表為低鰭片管,內研埋設電阻。為了比較熱傳效果,在本研究中也作了浸液式準騰實驗的量測。實驗結果發現,當熱傳率較大時,位於管群中較下方的加熱管的下方來止乾枯現象的發生,因而造成噴擊法的熱傳性能大幅降低,本研究傳用集液器安裝於每一根加熱管的下方來防止乾枯現象的發生。實驗結果顯示,加入冷媒集液器後,噴擊式冷卻法的熱傳係數在所有測試的熱傳率範圍都比浸液式的要大得多,最高熱傳率也比浸液式的要高得多。集液器的製作可由鋁片或鋁合金片沖壓成型,所以製造容易,價格低廉,因此在工程上非常具有實用性。 |
英文摘要 | The present study investigates the effectiveness of spray cooling for a compact shell-and-tube evaporator the heater tubes used in the present test were arranged in a triangular-pitch shape, with electrical resister buried underneath the low-finned surface. For comparison purposes, the pool boiling test were also conducted in this study. The results indicated the heat transfer coefficients of spray cooling, in general, is better than that of pool boiling. However, the heart transfer coefficients of spray cooling begin to fall below that of pool boiling data once the dry-out phenomena was observed. To prevent the dry-out phenomena was observed. To prevent the dry-out phenomena, a special liquid collector is designed in this study and installed under each heater tube. The heat transfer performance of spray cooling with liquid collector was found much better than that of pool boiling in the whole range of our test conditions. Besides, the maximum heat flux of spray cooling was also higher than that of pool boiling. The liquid collector is easy to manufacture by pressing the aluminum/aluminum alloy sheet, the process is simple and the cost is relatively low. It is thus quite suitable for practical application. |
