| 中文摘要 | 本文建立了一套儲冰式空調系統儲冰過程之分析模式,系統包含壓縮機、氣冷式冷凝器、感溫式膨脹閥與提供結冰用的板狀直膨式盤管蒸發器。壓縮機與感溫式膨脹閥屬於規格化元件,採用製造廠商提供之性能數據進行計算;冷凝器與蒸發器內冷媒流動,是以一維穩態流動加以分析。至於結冰量的計算,則分別以冰盤管模式和冰板模式加以比較。本論文所建立的理論模式和實驗機組測試結果相當吻合,驗證了此理論模式的準確度。最後由理論分析的結果,對儲冰式空調系統內蒸發器之儲冰板配置加以探討,進行操作最佳化的分析,並制訂一些設計上的準則,提供相關設計的參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | A simulation model for analyzing the packaged ice-storage air-conditioning system is presented in this paper. The system consists of a compressor, an air-cooled condenser, a thermostatic expansion valve and a direct-expansion coil plate evaporator. The compressor and the thermostatic expansion valve are standardized devices, which are analyzed with performance curves provided by manufacturer. The refrigerant flow inside the condenser and evaporator are analyzed by a steady-state one-dimensional model. As for the calculation of the mass of ice forming, the ice-on-coil model and the ice-on-plate model were used for comparison. Data from the theoretical simulation proposed in this study show good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the accuracy of this theoretical model. Finally, results of the simulation analysis are used to explore the ice storage plate arrangement of the evaporation inside the ice-storage air-conditioning system in order to optimize the system. Some design guidelines are also provided to act as a reference for the design purpose. |
