中文摘要 | 專家之臨床經驗對臨床營養課程之學習是很重要的。本研究的目的在探討一個網路輔助教學課程-「藥物與營養」,配合網路討論與線上專家諮詢的設計,對學生學習上述專業課程之成效。50位大學食品營養科系的學生參與本課程之學習。在「大家e起來」互動專區,學生上網登錄上線後即可進入各分組討論區,針對期末報告進行主題及相關文獻之分析與討論。學生亦可以進入各諮詢專區尋求協助,或是與專家進行線上討論。為了分析學生互動表現與學習表現的關係,本研究以學生在討論區發表的頻率作為觀察變項,並以學生之期末報告做為線上學習表現評估之指標。學生依線上討論的篇數分為高(發表篇數>29,人數=18)、中(14<發表篇數<29,人數=16)及低(發表篇數<14,人數=16)三種程度,可發現不同發表程度的組別成績之比較具有顯著差異【F(2, 47)=32.26, p<0.001】。線上互動的設計在學生學習上有相當的幫助。線上專家將知識以討論的方式整合於學生的學習,可強化線上學習的效果。學生藉由這種學習的模式而學習跨領域的知識,並與同儕、專家進行有意義的互動。 |
英文摘要 | Clinical experience from experts is important for teaching clinical nutrition in universities. The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact and effect of online interactions on students' learning of Drug and nutrient interactions. Total fifty college students majored in Food and Nutrition took the course and participated in the study. Students were required to sign in an online discussion in an electronic forum for part of the course requirements. They were also encouraged to discuss and interact with a physician, a dietitian, a librarian, the instructor, and their peers. In this study, the relationship between students' online interactions and their course performance was studied. Students' online interactions were analyzed by counting the number of students' posts. From their online posts, students were divided into three different interaction levels (high, medium, and low) based on their post counts (high>29 posts, n=18; 29>medium>14, n=16; low<14, n=16). From students' course performance, a significant difference was found among 3 different interaction levels, F (2, 47=32.26, p<0.001. The results reveal that students' online interactions have impact on their course performance. The help of experts' knowledge in students' discussion forums added potential enrichment to a web-based instructional system. Students were encouraged to learn interdisciplinary knowledge and became engaged in substantial and meaningful interaction. |
