中文摘要 | 本文針對領導風格、組織文化、工作滿足與離職傾向進行探討,試圖找出配適目前技職院校的領導風格與組織文化,以提高教師工作滿意、減少離職傾向。樣本來自技職院校之教職人員。以網路發出1400份,共回收154份,刪除不完整問卷,剩餘113份(占8.07%)。運用迴歸分析進行假設探討。結論顯示:1.體恤領導對於領導滿足有顯著關聯,體制領導則與行政與進修有顯著關聯。2.組織文化中創新支持型文化對於領導滿足、行政與進修及同僚滿足均有正相關,而保守官僚型文化對於領導滿足有負向影響。3.工作本身滿足、領導滿足、行政與進修與薪資滿足愈高,離職傾向愈低。4.體恤型領導與體制型領導對離職傾向有正相關。 |
英文摘要 | This article is about the research of relations of leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfactions and turnover intention, and wish to find the fittest combination to raise job satisfactions and low the turnover intention. Subjects come from teaching and administrative staffs in college. We sent out 1400, and received 154, deleted incomplete questionnaires, and we got 113 (8.07%). Result shows: 1. The leadership style of consideration has a highly positive relationship to leading satisfaction and the leading of initiating structure has a positive relationship to administration and further studies. 2. The organizational culture of innovation and supportive ahs a positive relationship to leading satisfaction, administration and further studies and colleagues' relation satisfaction. The organizational culture of conservation & bureaucracy has a negative relationship to leading satisfactory. 3. The more job satisfactions of job itself, leading, administration and further studies, and wage have the less turnover intension have. 4. The leadership style of initiating structure and consideration ahs a positive relationship to turnover intension. |
