中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的是要探討竹炭研磨加工以及其添加於聚酯中之複材性質相關特性分析,利用不同種類之研磨助劑,探討竹炭於研磨後之相關特性,並藉由不同類型之相容化劑,使得竹炭能夠均勻分佈於高分子基材之中。經由實驗結果得知,於研磨過程中採月陰離子型界面活性劑配合潤濕分散劑可得較佳之研磨效果,其粒徑可達268.3nm,且研磨液較無黏稠現象產生,於混煉試驗結果方面,添加微粉型之相容化劑可以使竹炭於聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯中分散均勻,且無壓升產生,可做為未來紡製竹炭聚酯長纖維之用。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this study is to explore the characteristics of milling the bamboo charcoal particles and blending them with polyester to form composite using different types of coupling agents, in order to realize the physical properties of the ground bamboo charcoal particles and evenly disperse them into the polymer matrix. It is known from our experimental results that the more excellent Milling effect can be obtained by using anionic and wetting dispersants during the Milling procedure. Its particles size can be 268.3nm without cohesive phenomenon. As far as the blending result is concerned, the particles can be dispersed evenly by adding low molecular weight micro wax without increasing the spinning pressure value, which can be used for spinning the bamboo charcoal contained polyester filaments in the future. |
