中文摘要 | 本研究將麻六甲合歡粒片於苯甲氯藥劑中以100℃加熱處理1.5 hr使進行粒片的苯甲基化反應,並探討在不使用膠合劑之情況下,苯甲基化木材藉由加熱產生自膠合之可行性。由結果顯示,苯甲基化木材粒片在不使用膠合劑之情況下,可藉由加熱自膠合作用而製造粒片板,所得粒片板之內聚強度大於傳統利用UF膠及PF膠所膠合製造之粒片板,浸水時之吸水率及吸水厚度膨脹率則低於傳統粒片板。提高熱壓溫度或延長熱壓時間可提升苯甲基化粒片板之性質。由苯甲基化粒片板之SEM觀察顯示其木材相鄰細胞之細胞壁產生融合之現象。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, malacca albizzia (Albizzia falcataia) particles were benzylated with benzyl chloride under 100℃ for 1.5 hours. The feasibility of thermally auto adhension of benzylated wood without adhesive was investigated. The results showed that benzylated particles could be used in the manufacturing of particleboards by thermally auto adhesion without using adhesive. Benzylated particleboards had higher internal bonding strength and lower water adsorption and thickness swelling than traditional PF and UF particleboards. The properties of benzylated particleboards could be improved by increasing the hot-pressing temperature or by prolonging the hot-pressing time. SEM photographs of benzylated particleboards showed that the cell wall of the neighbor cell were hot melted together. |
