中文摘要 | 本研究利用溴丙烯對杉木及麻六甲合歡木材進行化學改質,探討溴丙烯改質材產生自膠合之可行性。由試驗結果得知,經溴丙烯改質處理之木材均有重量增加,且隨改質處理時間延長或溫度提高,其重量增加率增大,且改質處理溫度對重量增加率之效應大於處理時間。溴丙烯改質材以紅外線光譜分析時,在3082 cm¯¹、1648 cm¯¹及924 cm¯¹處出現溴丙烯基之特定吸收峰,以DSC熱分析時其熱軟化之吸熱峰向低溫則偏移。溴丙烯改質單板熱壓自膠合時,在熱壓溫度180℃下可產生9.3 kgf/cm²之自膠合強度。 |
英文摘要 | China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) and Malacca albizzia (Albizzia falcataria Backer) were chemically modified with allyl bromide. The feasibility of self-bonding of allylation woods without adhesive was investigated in this study. As the results, the weight of treated wood increased after allylation. The longer modification time or higher modification temperature, the large weight percent gain was. The effect of modification temperature on the increment of weight percent gain was higher than modification time. The FT-IR spectra of allylated wood showed new absorption peaks at 3082, 1648 and 924 cm¯¹, these were attributed to the allyl group. The endothermic peak that attributed to the heat softening of allylated wood at DSC thermogram was shifted to lower temperature. At hot-pressing temperature of 180°C, allylated veneers could induce 9.3 kgf/cm² of self-bonding strength. |
