中文摘要 | 本研究利用桂竹(Phyllostachys makinoi;Makino bamboo)與孟宗竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla;Moso bamboo)的縷條作為原料,以PU、RF或PF為膠合劑製造平行竹縷條層積材(Parallel Bamboo Strip Laminates;PBSL)。結果顯示,平行竹縷條層積材的密度介於0.74 g/cm³~0.82 g/cm³之間。浸水24hr之吸水率介於22.8%~34.3%之間,及其吸水厚度膨脹率介於1.85%~4.22%之間。利用RF膠合之孟宗竹與桂竹平行縷條層積材,其2"×4"實大尺寸試材的靜曲破壞係數(Modulus of rupture;MOR)分別為360.8 kgf/cm²與620.7 kgf/cm²。經濕潤靜曲強度試驗(Wet-static strength test)得知,該平行竹縷條層積材的靜曲破壞係數保留率介於34.6%~73.8%之間。平行竹縷條層積材的釘著力均以試材側面大於端部,其側面釘著力介於7.9 kgf/cm~16.9 kgf/cm之間,端部釘著力則介於4.9 kgf/cm~13.8 kgf/cm之間。此試驗呈現較低厚度膨脹率以致濕潤靜曲破壞強度保留率高,是故,此平行竹縷條層積材,類似木材適宜作為結構用材。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was using strips of Makino bamboo (Phyllostachy makinoi) and Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla) to made parallel-oriented bamboo strip laminates (PBSL) with PU, RF or PF adhesives. The result showed that density between 0.74 g/cm³ and 0.82 g/cm³. The water absorption rate was between 22.8% and 34.3% which soaked in water 24hr. and their thickness swelling was between 1.85 and 4.22%. The modulus of rupture (MOR) showed Moso bamboo and Makino bamboo strips laminates were 360.8 kgf/cm² and 620.4 kgf/cm² respectively (sample of full size 2"×4"). After the west-static strength test, the retain rate of MOR showed between 34.6% and 73.8%. The nail withdrawal strength showed between 7.9 kgf/cm and 16.9 kgf/cm in the edge side of sample. In the end side of sample was between 4.9 kgf/cm and 13.8 kgf/cm. The specimens showed the lower thickness swelling, and therefore they could remain a higher wet bending strength. This was parallel bamboo strip laminates could be used for construction similar to wood. |
