中文摘要 | 隨著全世界生質柴油之推廣及需求量增加,無法避免之甘油副產品大量伴隨而生,甘油之應用開發也成為重要之課題。合成甘油第三丁基醚,作為生質柴油添加劑,提供甘油一項重要的下游出路。在本研究中,除了利用連續式反應裝置探討純甘油與來自輕裂工場的異丁烯合成甘油第三丁基醚之最適化反應條件,也探討合成物下層液回收當進料與異丁烯之反應結果。經摻配生質柴油進行物性測試,初步制定甘油第三丁基醚作為生質柴油添加劑之組成限制,建立產品純化方法及生產流程,最後大量合成純化甘油第三丁基醚,並摻配生質柴油進行引擎測試。經引擎測試結果顯示甘油第三丁基醚分別以2和4 vol%摻配至B5和B10生質柴油時,可明顯的降低CO、NOx、HC和粒狀污染物的排放,所以甘油第三丁基醚可作為提升B5和B10生質柴油品質之添加劑。 |
英文摘要 | Mass glycerol, the inevitable by-product of trans-esterification, is as increase as the raising spread and demands of bio-diesel in the world. The development of glycerol application is becoming an urgent topic. Production of glycerol tert-butyl ether (GtBE) used as additives of bio-diesel is one important outlet for glycerol. In this article, in addition to the optimized production of GtBE by glycerol and isobutylene from naphtha cracking plant to continuous reaction systems, the reuse for lower phase of products by etherification with isobutylene was studied as well. Through the tests of physical properties for blended with bio-diesel, the limitations of component content for GtBE used as bio-diesel additives have been set. The purification method and production schemes were also drawn up. After mass production and purification, GtBE was blended with bio-diesel and processed engine test. The results of engine test showed that GtBE blended with B5 and B10 bio-diesel for 2 and 4 vol% could notably reduce the emission content of CO, NOx, Hydrocabon and particulate, thus promote the fuel quality of B5 and B10 bio-diesel. |
